SAMS FAQ

SAMS FAQ

Q: There are hundreds of Stress Management programs all over the world, what is so unique about SAMS?

Ans: Firstly, it combines the essence of science and spirituality. Baba blends the ancient with the modern, east with the west. The most important difference is Baba himself conducts the first Introduction or Level I and his dynamic and powerful presence always does the magic of the participants’ commitment to practice the techniques in daily life. The practice brings the results of freedom from Stress.

There are teachers in whose presence you feel awe and informed. But once the session is over, there is a natural tendency to find other priorities and forget the need for the practice. But Baba induces and inspires with his powerful motivation to make the simple art of managing stress a daily routine even for 10 minutes before starting a busy day. Baba believes, that it is not how much one knows, or how many techniques one learns from different teachers that is important but it is a few minutes of practice with AWARENESS that transforms life.

Q: I am living in a country far away from India where Baba lives, how can I contact Baba and invite him to come to our country to teach to a group that I can organize?

Ans: You can contact any of the contact persons whose names are in the list (nearer to your country) and write or call, they will write back and help you organize the training in your country. But you must keep in mind that this is a paid program.

Q: Could you tell us about your fees structure?

Ans: You need to talk to one of our Program Executives for it please.

Q: If I can organize a Level II in our place would Baba come and do it?

Ans: No, we always prefer that the group is first exposed to Baba’s introductory session. A feedback is instantly taken in which they have the option of signing for Level I only. So, after Introduction if a participant feels like going for the stage two, that is Level I then a second session can be organized almost the next day and that will be Level I (with participants of Introduction session). Baba expects only those to come for deeper interactive learning sessions who are interested after the Introduction. Those who complete Level I, there would be a gap of at least 2 months, during which time they have to practice the techniques of SAMS and then they are ready for the Level II the advanced training.

Q: How do I know what I have learned is right and I am practicing right?

Ans: After Level I which is the true learning session where Baba gives personal one on one time to make sure the learner learns it right, a booklet is given to each participant which elaborately explains each of the SAMS stretching, breathing techniques and its order. SAMS teachers also would do the follow up to make sure you are doing it right.

 Q: If I want to be a volunteer/teacher how can I be?

Ans: It would depend upon your interaction with Baba and if Baba feels you have the interest and the ability to teach and help people with SAMS then you will surely be given a chance for this most needed social cause. Ours is a BUSINESS WITH A SOCIAL CAUSE.
