Simple Art of Managing Stress (SAMS) does just that – it helps the learner to completely overcome stress and embrace life, spending the least time and effort on his/her part.
SAMS uses a creative combination of Indian Yoga and Chinese Chi Kung techni-
ques of Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Stretching exercises and dietary suggestions to help manage stress and breathe new meaning and purpose into life. SAMS is completely non-religious and can be practiced by anyone, irrespective of his/her background or beliefs.

SAMS –5 simple ways to a new life:

SAMS comprises of a five element program which helps manage stress, enhances leadership and inspires creativity.

1. The Breath of Health: Simple body stretches and breathing exercises, which aid relaxation, health, healing and wellbeing.

2. Meditation Techniques: Simple Tibetan techniques of meditation which calm the mind, reduce stress and depression, restore physical and emotional balance, and access the infinite power of the mind. All of which enhance our productivity and creativity.

3. Learning to Celebrate Life: Learning the art of expanding awareness and accessing infinite Power of Mind to translate dreams into reality.

4. Releasing the Old Patterns: Learning the art of releasing the resentment and negative patterns to blossom into the freshness of the moment.

5. Regulating the Diet: Dietary suggestions for a healthy body and a happy mind. Advice on how to break free of an unhealthy food habit.

SAMS is not an instant remedy. It should be seen as an integral part of life – just like breathing. While the Basic Course introduces us to the salient features of SAMS, the advanced courses, Level I and Level II discuss the finer nuances and reveal the subtler techniques of the art of managing stress.

Basic Introductory Course
A single session of 2 hours which outline the 5 elements of SAMS, coupled with interactive sessions on Stretching, Breathing and Meditation. Allows time for questions and answers.

SAMS – Level I
A 6 hour course, which can be conducted in a single session or spread across 3 sessions of 2 hours each. SAMS – Level I discusses the 5 elements in greater detail. The interactive sessions are longer, more intense and involving.

SAMS for Naperville PoliceSAMS – Level II
A weekend program which should ideally be held at a retreat center or Resort. SAMS – Level II is highly interactive and intense and hence requires the solitary sanctuary of a getaway. It embeds the principles of SAMS into the mind of the advanced learner and helps him make this holistic art a way of life. Those who complete Level I are only eligible to have Level II.
