29-30 Sept and 1 October Baba had a wonderful SAMS retreat at the Carmelite Spiritual Center Sponsored by St.Thomas Church, Naperville, Chicago Land.

It was a day of great joy and fun for the tiny tots and teenagers of Montessory Academy, Chicago, to learn from Baba techniques of Breathing and Meditation, Stretches and Positive Thinking

Greater Kalamazoo Realtors Association invited Baba to conduct SAMS for its members. Participants were mesmerised to listen to Baba and his wisdom.' Awesome' was the comment of most.

For the first time Baba had the opportunity to conduct SAMS for the senior citizens of Kalamazoo at Friendship Village.

On 7 and 8 October Baba conducted the second Retreat at Silver Springs, Portland, Oregan. The participants went back with a deep sense of commitment to practice the techniques and make a positive differnce in their own life and in the lives of others.

At Ramakrishna Vedanta Center of Manchester, UK, Baba conducted day long SAMS course for the Doctors and their families 40 participants took vow of regular practice of SAMS and spread it around. Thanks to Dr. Hara Chakraborty and the Center whose selfless efforts made a positive contribution to the community.
