Welcome to Simple Art of Managing Stress (SAMS)

Stress Management Academy educates individuals and groupsSri Shuddhananda "Baba"

on how to transform negative stress into positive opportunities and success.

Simple Art of Managing Stress (SAMS) is deeply rooted in the
Mind-Body-Spirit connection, though it is not religious. This simple art can be learned and practiced by those of all faiths and traditions. Reconnecting us to the Universal flow, it opens the floodgates of our potential for creativity, joy and celebration. The goal is to free humanity from self-created pain and agonies, to generate natural harmony with the Universe. When the individual soul lives in peace, the energy of peace expands in the world.

Only when each of us creates inner peace can peace on earth become a reality.
